INSTALL PROCESS

Installation instructions

Place the floor in its original packaging at room temperature for at least 48 hours before installation. The indoor temperature before and during installation shall reach 18 ℃.

  • START

  • STEP 1

  • STEP 2

  • STEP 3

  • STEP 4

  • STEP 5

  • STEP 6

  • STEP 7

  • Start installation: clean up the construction site and the building residues on the ground, including every corner.
  • Step1:The horizontal error of the ground leveling shall not exceed 2mm, and the protruding or uneven parts of the ground such as edges and corners shall be trimmed at the same time.
  • Step2:Pave damp-proof membrane, laying standard requirements: 0.2mm thick damp-proof membrane; The joint shall be overlapped by 50mm and sealed with adhesive tape.
  • Step3:When laying the floor mat, the joint shall be sealed with 50mm wide adhesive tape. The side of the mat shall be 50mm and shall not exceed the skirting board.
  • Step4:Because the floor has a certain expansion rate, an expansion joint should be reserved at the part where it contacts the wall before paving to prevent the floor from bulging.
  • Step5:The installation of the floor is officially started, and the paving direction is in principle smooth paving, that is, the direction of the long side of the floor is the same as the direction of the indoor lighting.
  • Step6:Color preselection: dark floors should be placed in places with bright light, and boards with large color difference should be placed under furniture, etc. According to European and American fashion trends, the mix and match style is considered to have a more natural style.
  • Step7:When installing the skirting line, the joints should be tight and flush, and the floor and wall seams should be pressed to ensure beauty.
INSTALL NEW-THREE LAYER FLOORING

HACH's new three-layer solid floor has good thermal conductivity and is especially suitable for installation in the underfloor hot water heating system.

The maximum operational temperature of the geothermal system is 45 ℃; The constant temperature of the floor surface (under the carpet and furniture) shall not exceed 25 ℃. When the temperature exceeds the specified value, the wood floor will become loose due to drying.

When the indoor temperature is about 20 ℃ and the relative humidity reaches 50-60%, people will feel most comfortable. Technically speaking, the three-layer solid wood floor is suitable for this space climate. In addition to the foundation, it is necessary to ensure an appropriate 50-60% equilibrium humidity.

During the heating process, the indoor air will be heated, and its relative humidity will be rapidly reduced, which will lead to floor cracks and deformation. In order to avoid this result during the heating process (in winter), it is necessary to ensure that the indoor humidity reaches the humidity value (50-60%) within the normal range.

Dry air can be wetted by humidifiers or plants. In summer, under extreme weather conditions, the air humidity can reach 70% or more, which will lead to expansion and floor surface camber (also known as tile change) (use air conditioning to dry the wet air).
